They represent a mix of major insurers and smaller companies, regional and statewide doctor and hospital networks, and for-profit and nonprofit plans. Benefits packages include Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels of coverage. Premiums range from very inexpensive to considerably more expensive depending on the level of coverage desired.

International Major Medical Insurance
This plan is not Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliant.

They are designed solely to provide temporary health care insurance during unexpected coverage gaps.
USAway Major Medical Plan
This plan is not Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliant.

Children’s vision care is an essential health benefit under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, so vision benefits for children are included in all HealthCare.gov and state marketplace health insurance plans. Children’s dental coverage is also part of all health insurance plans sold through the marketplace. This is known as “embedded children’s dental coverage.”
Adult vision care is not considered an essential health benefit and is not offered in all HealthCare.gov and state marketplace health insurance plans. Adult dental benefits are now available through family dental plans. Family dental plans are offered during the renewal period, for all HealthCare.gov and state marketplace health insurance plan members, and during open enrollment for new enrollees. plans include free preventive and diagnostic care, like cleanings, X-rays, and exams.
